Founder

Bob Percesepe

With a career spanning four decades in the Real Estate industry, Bob's background spans real estate sales, property management, site development, company franchising, and author of real estate resource books. Bob is the Broker/ Owner of Blue Chip Real Estate, a virtual boutique real estate company based in Southport, North Carolina and the President of Blue Chip Transaction Services.

A graduate of The Masters Sales Societies Speakers Academy and New York State Association of REALTORS® Leadership Academy, Bob also has a designation as Senior Real Estate Specialist as well as a Strategic Pricing Specialist. He is also a member of The Luxury Home Marketing Institute.

Bobs most recent recognition was as the recipient of The Masters Sales Societies 2012 "Get By Giving" Award, a prestigious honor given to less than 20 industry leaders nationally for their contributions to real estate professionals across the country. Awarded The Realtor of The Year in 2008 by the Dutchess County Association of REALTORS® in New York, he also served as the Associations President in 2011. He will be serving as the 2021 President-Elect for The Brunswick County Association of REALTORS in North Carolina and is a Manager on North Carolina Regional Multiple Listing Service.

Bob and his wife, Debbi, are residents of Southport, North Carolina and have five adult children. (All boys!) and five grandchildren. Huge fans of the North Carolina Coast and the warmth of the Southern lifestyle, Bob and Debbi are deeply involved in their local community. Bob is an avid golfer, sailor and motorcycle enthusiast, and he and Debbi share their Southport home with Murphy, a mushy and lovable Bull Mastiff.

Terri Johnson

Terri began her career in Real Estate in 2017 as an Office Manager before quickly moving to the role of Director of Operations for a Real Estate Brokerage in Colorado specializing in Recreational & Sporting Properties.

Being on the inside of the business she quickly found her passion for Transaction Coordinating and transitioned into that role where she enjoys working with all parties involved. She is passionate about giving superb customer service and building a rapport with her agents and clients.

Her goal is to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone and that nothing gets missed during the process. Her keen attention to detail and organization makes this an easy task for her, allowing her agents to bypass the daunting paperwork and deadline-tracking, freeing their time to allow them to do what they are best at, SELL!

In her spare time, Terri enjoys traveling, cooking, wine, fitness, spending time with her two college-aged children, and enjoying the outdoors whenever possible.


Amanda Larkin

Established on the foundation of integrity and a whole lot of passion, Amanda Larkins is a respected Florida Real Estate Broker Associate who aims to make real estate transactions seamless, positive, and cordial for everyone involved. As a licensed 9+ year Realtor herself, Amanda holds an extensive background involving all things buying, selling, and investing throughout the competitive Florida market. Even more, she enjoys every moment of leveraging that history to not only help agents to excel, ensuring that their clients succeed as they take on this exciting – and frequently intimidating – chapter of their lives.

Born in Toledo, Ohio and calling Florida her home for the past 20+ years, Amanda has built a large inventory of career progressions ranging from real estate to business leadership. Amanda gained 10+ years of management experience and later capitalized on her love for helping others to become a licensed agent while simultaneously raising her two kids as a single mother. From there, Amanda soon blended that diverse cocktail of experiences to become a Transaction Manager, one with a core mission to help agents focus on what matters most – ensuring their clients attain the most successful and memorable real estate experiences they deserve.

Overall, nothing makes Amanda happier than helping agents and their clients excel. She has a true passion for accentuating the entire real estate journey and demonstrates that through her ongoing guidance, market insights and instilling splashes of fun-loving motivation along the way. However, when Amanda is not multitasking or staying updated with industry trends you can find her enjoying local events and restaurants, traveling, and above all, spending time with her two children Austin (24) and Faith (10) and her two amazing granddaughters.

Yes we do. However, we understand that you may want to take our service for a ‘test drive’ before you make a commitment. That is why we give you the first transaction for FREE. This will give us the required learning curve to craft your personalized service. Once you get past your first closed transaction we will ask that you commit to a minimum of 15 transactions per year.

Yes! After your initial onboarding you will be assigned a permanent transaction coordinator that will handle all of your transaction. Truly personalized!

At the onset, we will schedule an initial "onboarding" meeting. You will be required, in advance, to complete a questionnaire and a checklist that will outline in detail the specific closing tasks that you want your closing coordinator to accomplish. We can’t start closing your deals until you tell us what you want!

An assistant maintains and manages the day to day administrative duties required to maintain your business. This may include scheduling showing appointments, managing mail campaigns, marketing material or perhaps even website management.

A Transaction Coordinator brings your deals to a closing. This will include all of the needed tasks after your deals are in contract. In short, our goal is to get you closed quickly and efficiently!

Our service is a low cost fee that is assessed per transaction. No salaries, permanent staffing, no withholding taxes, no staff benefit packages. You only pay us when the deal closes! In many cases we can coach you on how to pass the transaction fee to your clients, team leader, or Broker.
